1 Change account holder
In accordance with the Service Regulations, the gas supply must appear in the name of the customer using the service. In order to change the ownership of an account, you must present yourself at a commercial office with the following documentation:

  • Original and photocopy of deed or bill of sale with certified signatures or lease contract signed by the owner of the property.
  • In the case of precarious occupants, certificate of domicile issued by a police authority, notarial deed or justice of the peace, in original.
  • Original and copy of DNI or similar.
  • Legalized power of attorney of the signatory, if not the account holder.
  • Original and photocopy of the last paid bill or installed meter number.

If as a future user you have Commercial category, you must also submit updated registration form in AFIP, IIBB and CUIT.

In addition you must pay the different fees defined by the ENARGAS, when applicable.
If the home in question has been uninhabited for more than a year, you should call a registered installer to check that the internal installations are in good condition.
Normative Provision B N° 20/2004 of the Provincial Revenue Directorate (Law 13145) defines that all clients of the Province of Buenos Aires who request a change of ownership in public utilities companies must also present the last receipt of Revenue (payment) corresponding to the property in question, together with Form 531v2 of the Provincial Revenue Directorate. You can obtain this form by entering the portal of the Revenue Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires.
2Service registration
Once you have completed the steps to connect your home, business or industry to the natural gas network, you are now in a position to apply for the service: connection, supply and placement of the meter. For the procedure you must present:

  • Original and photocopy of deed or bill of sale with certified signatures or lease contract with real estate letterhead, seal and signature.
  • Original and copy of DNI or similar.
  • Legalized power of attorney of the signatory, if not the account holder.
  • If as a future user you have Commercial category, you must also submit updated registration form in AFIP, IIBB and CUIT.
  • You will also have to pay the different fees defined by the ENARGAS, when applicable.
3Termination of service
To cancel your service, go to the Camuzzi Commercial Office closest to your home with the documentation proving your ownership and complete the Cancellation Request form.


It will be a necessary requirement not to have outstanding invoices and to pay the last invoice not issued, corresponding to the difference in days between the last reading taken and the date of cancellation of the service.r
4Reconnection of the service
General guidelines to consider for reconnecting the service:

  • It will be a necessary requirement, not to have debt in the account.
  • Rehabilitations are always on business days and business hours.
  • There must be an adult present in the home at the time of rehabilitation.
  • The security conditions of the facility will be verified.
  • If the supply has been out of use for a period longer than one year, Camuzzi must carry out an inspection of the condition of the internal installation prior to the rehabilitation.
  • If it is necessary to make adjustments, you must hire a registered installer to carry out the corresponding work.
  • The distributor's staff will always identify themselves when they appear at the site and they do not charge any cash fee.
  • Outstanding late charges and reconnection charges will be included in your next bill.
Debt service cut

Once you have canceled your debt, the corresponding reconnection order will be issued automatically and, within the next business day, Distributor personnel will appear at your home to reconnect the service. Remember that you can pay off your debt, using the different forms of payment available.

Service cut for security

To request the reconnection of the service suspended for safety reasons, the installation must be repaired or modified by a registered installer, who will make the corresponding presentations at the Distributor. Once the repair has been carried out, you can contact us through any of the enabled channels, to present the corresponding documentation and proceed with the reconnection.

To request the reconnection of the service after having requested the withdrawal of the meter, you must contact us through any of the enabled channels. Keep in mind that if you are a new owner of the service, you must have the necessary documentation to carry out the corresponding change of ownership.
5 Service regulations
These General Conditions are applicable to all the services provided by the Distributor in accordance with its Rates and Special Conditions of the Services presented before, and authorized by the Regulatory Authority.
